- Royal Enfield introduces new Base Premium variant
- Mumbai Yellow and Moonshot White added to top variant
- Prices start at Rs 1.49 lakh, bookings open from April 4, 2026
Royal Enfield has given the Hunter 350 a new update for 2026. The brand has added a new Base Premium variant and introduced two fresh colourways for the top-spec model.
Royal Enfield is trying to keep the Hunter relevant while making it more appealing to a wider set of riders. And it looks like they have nailed that balance.
A new variant
The big update here is the new Base Premium variant. Positioned above the entry-level trim, this version brings in features that buyers were already asking for, without pushing the price too far.
You now get alloy wheels instead of spoke rims, which instantly improves everyday usability. There is also a digi-analog instrument cluster with rotary switchgear, which feels more modern and intuitive.
Royal Enfield has added a stitched seat and a sportier grab rail, both of which improve comfort and finish. The bike also gets a slip and assist clutch, along with single-channel ABS.
In simple terms, this variant bridges the gap between basic and premium in a much cleaner way.
New colours
Royal Enfield has also added two new colour options for the top variant, and these are not just cosmetic updates.
Mumbai Yellow is loud, bright, and impossible to ignore. It clearly draws inspiration from the chaos and energy of the city. You either love it or you definitely notice it.
Moonshot White takes a completely different route. It feels more artistic, with subtle graphics and a slightly storytelling approach to design.
Together, these colours push the Hunter further into lifestyle territory, which is exactly where it thrives.
Still built for the city at heart
Nothing changes fundamentally about the Hunter’s character. It remains a light, agile, and easy-to-ride motorcycle that works best in urban environments. That has always been its strongest trait.
Royal Enfield understands that the Hunter is often the entry point into the brand. So instead of overcomplicating it, they have focused on improving the everyday experience.
Pricing and availability
The new Base Premium variant is priced at Rs 1,49,900 ex-showroom Chennai. The top variant with the new colours comes in at Rs 1,69,804. Bookings and retail have already begun from April 4, 2026 across India.
