Shell Lubricants India has launched a trio of high-performance automotive lubricants designed to meet the evolving needs of Indian drivers and riders. The new products namely, Spirax S4 GX 75W90, Advance AX6 5W30, and Rimula Pick-Up are now available nationwide and target everything from manual transmissions to BS VI scooters and city-bound pickup trucks.
This launch reinforces Shell’s push to deliver technically advanced, application-specific solutions that go beyond generic engine oils. Each product is engineered for a distinct use case, with real-world benefits like smoother gear shifts, longer drain intervals, and better fuel efficiency.
Spirax S4 GX 75W90
Shell Spirax S4 GX 75W90 is the only Shell-branded product globally in this specific viscosity. It’s also India’s first synthetic gear oil under the Spirax category. Designed for manual transmissions in passenger cars and LCVs, it offers:

Targeted at BS VI scooters, Shell Advance AX6 5W30 is built for daily urban riding. It delivers 360-degree protection in stop-start traffic and harsh conditions. The 600 ml bottle is made from 100% post-consumer recycled material and comes in a sleek black finish.
