Within 14 days of the launch of the special RSV4 X-GP, Aprilia has sold all of the 30 units. The limited edition bike has been introduced to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the RS-GP MotoGP bike. The company has announced that it received more queries than the limited 30-unit slot.
In terms of the special details, it gets the visual bodywork and graphics inspired by the RS-GP bike. Elements like the front and leg winglets, revised tail section, and new windscreen, along with the black, red, and white colour combination, make it stand out.
However, it is not just a mere cosmetic job, but it gets high-performance parts to justify its name. It is powered by the 1,099cc, V4 engine that generates 238 bhp of power output. Additionally, it gets parts like the Akrapovic full system titanium exhaust, dry clutch, APX ECU, and revised airbox for better intake.
Moreover, it also features the fully-adjustable Ohlins suspension, Brembo B4 Hypure brake callipers, magnesium alloy wheels, and Pirelli high-performance slick tyres. Each unit sold will also get accessories like a tyre warmer, paddock stand, cover, and more.
