Montra Electric has introduced the updated version of the Super Auto in India. The new-gen Super Auto is loaded with segment-first features and improved performance.

2025 Montra Super Auto: What has changed?
The new Super Auto is now available at Rs 3.79 lakh (including subsidy), nationwide. The updated electric autorickshaw gets new features, comfort upgrades, and improved performance.
It is based on the 1M platform and embodies a complete steel body that offers strong protection and stability. Moreover, it now has powerful LED headlights, radial tyres, and the biggest cargo space with a tailgate. Moreover, it records and displays real-time data, including charging stations, performance, battery percentage and more.
On the inside, the rear seats have been updated with a car-like design that offers more comfort to passengers. The driver now gets a new console, USB phone charger, and a phone holder. The suspension has been reworked as well to offer better comfort.
Powering the Super Auto is a 10.6 kWh LFP IP67-rated battery that offers 60 Nm of peak torque. Performance-wise, it can reach up to a top speed of 55 km/h and has a maximum range of 160 km. It also gets 5 drive modes: Reverse/Park Assist/Drive/Eco/Power.
Montra is offering a standard warranty of up to 1.75 lakh kilometres or 5 years, whichever is achieved earlier. Customers also get a standard roadside assistance for up to 1-year.
