Numeros n-First launched at INR 64,999. Bike or Scooter?

Key highlights

  • INR 64,999 introductory price for the first 1,000 buyers
  • 16-inch bike-like wheels meet scooter practicality
  • Up to 109 km IDC range with smart connectivity and safety tech

Numeros Motors has rolled out its second electric two-wheeler, the n-First, in Bengaluru. Priced at an introductory INR 64,999 for the first 1,000 customers, this one’s clearly gunning for the sweet spot between style, sense, and sustainability.

What’s interesting is how Numeros isn’t just building another EV scooter. With the n-First, the Bengaluru-based startup has teamed up with Italian design house Wheelab to create something that blends motorcycle-like stability with scooter-like convenience. The result? A machine that looks unique, rides differently, and feels tailor-made for the modern urban rider especially young professionals and women riders looking for something compact yet confident.

Design and Performance

Right off the bat, those 16-inch wheels are a giveaway, this isn’t your regular small-wheel city runabout. The larger wheels promise more grip and balance on rough Indian roads, and honestly, it gives the n-First a more “grown-up” stance.

It’s offered in Traffic Red and Pure White, spread across five trims. The top-spec i-Max+ variant houses a 3 kWh battery with a certified IDC range of 109 km, while the Max and i-Max versions, with their 2.5 kWh units, claim up to 91 km.

Power comes from a PMSM mid-drive motor paired with a chain transmission, tuned for smooth acceleration and everyday efficiency. Charging times are sensible too — around 5–6 hours for the 2.5 kWh pack and 7–8 hours for the 3 kWh one. Plus, OTA updates ensure your ride keeps getting smarter over time.

Smart Features and Safety

You get:

  • App-based IoT connectivity with remote lock/unlock and geo-fencing
  • Live location tracking, theft and tow detection
  • Ride insights and battery analytics
  • An advanced thermal management system that adapts to Indian extremes

The company claims it has tested the scooter in everything from Jaisalmer’s 45°C heat to Manali’s biting cold.

Booking and Availability

Bookings for the n-First are now live on numerosmotors.com, and deliveries will begin soon. The brand is rapidly expanding its footprint across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Thrissur, and other South Indian cities.

This launch comes hot on the heels of the Diplos Max+, Numeros’ utility-focused EV aimed at last-mile delivery fleets. Both models are manufactured at the brand’s 16-acre Narasapura facility, which can roll out up to 70,000 units annually.
