The all-new Versys 650 has been launched at Rs 8.63 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model features a familiar design to the outgoing version, but with new comfort and technical upgrades.
The first upgrade is the all-new 4-way adjustable windscreen that now offers more wind protection at high speeds. Additionally, the twin-pod LED headlight cowl has been redesigned for better air flow at high speeds.
Meanwhile, it now gets a 4.3-inch TFT console that is similar to the new Ninja 650. This instrument console features Bluetooth connectivity and an all-new traction control system that aids safety in tricky riding conditions and changing tarmac conditions.
Powering the new model is the tried and tested 649cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that offers 65.7 bhp and 69 Nm of peak power and torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch for seamless power delivery.
