Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG: Bookings, deliveries, test drives
Along with the launch of the XUV 3XO CNG, Mahindra commenced test drives from October 15, 2026. Now, bookings and deliveries have commenced on October 20, 2026, as scheduled.
Customers can book the XUV 3XO CNG at their nearest dealership by paying a minimal amount. Deliveries are subject to the availability of the car at the respective dealerships.
Speaking of the price and variants, the XUV 3XO CNG comes in four variants, with their ex-showroom prices as follows:
- MX Edge: Rs 9.99 lakh
- RevX Edge (O): Rs 10.79 lakh
- AX 5: Rs 11.19 lakh
- RevX A: Rs 12.27 lakh
Powering the XUV 3XO CNG is an all-new twin-cylinder technology. The CNG powertrain is based on the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged MPFI petrol engine that is also offered on the lower and mid-spec trims.
Mahindra has paired this engine with a six-speed manual gearbox. The ARAI-claimed mileage of the XUV 3XO CNG is 24.70 km/kg.
With that said, the CNG version comes well equipped with all bells and whistles. The AX 5 variant, for example, gets the LED lights, electric sunroof, wireless charging, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, six airbags, and more.
This is the first-ever CNG vehicle sold by Mahindra, and it competes with the likes of the Tata Nexon i-CNG and the Maruti Suzuki Brezza S-CNG. Interestingly, while lower segment CNG cars like the Tiago, come with automatic gearbox option, the compact SUV CNG segment misses out on an automatic gearbox.
