Bajaj’s first adventure motorcycle is taking final shape. The latest spy shots reveal the clearest details captured yet. With a wide range of engine options to offer, this upcoming ADV bike will come loaded with advanced features and a lightweight construction.
What to expect from the upcoming Bajaj ADV bike?

The fresh set of spy shots reveals some interesting details about Bajaj’s upcoming ADV bike. Starting from the front, it will feature a sleek LED daytime running light with a stretched-out pattern. Meanwhile, we can see a projector unit just underneath it, confirming the LED lighting setup.
The test unit bears the entry-level ADV styling with minimal headlight cowl or wind protection, while it does have an upright stance with the long-travel telescopic front suspension that is covered behind the plastic covers. The spoked rims are likely to be wrapped in tube-type rubber, while both wheels get disc brakes.

The riding posture is also interesting. We can see that the rider is sitting “in” the bike, and not “on” the bike. This means that the rider seat height will also be max around 800 mm, further offering ease of use.
The single-cylinder engine is air/oil-cooled and is well protected by the tubular engine guards and underbelly protectors. The rider is seen sitting on a single seat that extends to the rear luggage guard mounted on the top of the tail section.

The rear profile is identical to the competition, like the Kawasaki KLX230. We can spot the split LED taillights that are identical to the new Pulsar range, and sleek LED turn indicators.
The rear section also packs a new high-mounted exhaust system like the Hero Xpulse 210. The test bike uses a tubular swingarm with a rear monoshock suspension.
Bajaj will equip the ADV bike with a host of electronics. The switchgear is visible, confirming the presence of the menu control buttons on the left side.

The menu will be displayed on the big 5-inch coloured TFT instrument console that is carried over from the new Pulsar range. This unit will offer navigation support via phone mirroring, ride modes, ABS modes, Bluetooth connectivity for call alerts and music controls, and more features like fuel economy display, gear indicator, etc.
Bajaj’s Brazilian head has already confirmed that the ADV bike will come with a range of engine options. These could vary from 150cc to 400cc, depending on the market. As far as India is concerned, we believe that the ADV bike will debut with a 250cc engine.
The launch timeline is unknown as of now. However, a possible global debut is likely to take place towards the end of next year. Suspecting its placement and category, we assume that Bajaj will price it somewhere around Rs 2 lakh in India.
