The all-new Amalfi GT is a step-up in the evolution of Ferrari’s front-engined grand tourer sports cars. The Italian carmaker has positioned it as the new model that replaces the Roma GT worldwide. While the brand is yet to announce the official launch of this new model in India, its price details have been revealed, and pre-bookings are said to be underway as well.

Speaking of the details, Amalfi is a front-engined 2+2 seater GT sports car. It features a long-beak bonnet design with low-slung LED headlights connected via a black stripe. Moreover, the nose section features a more aerodynamic bumper with integrated spoiler, while the rear design gets the quad-LED taillights, an active spoiler, a large diffuser, and quad-exhaust tips.

On the inside, Ferrari has moved back to the physical button controls on the steering wheel, eliminating the haptic touch buttons that had become an unsaid mandate. This decision, although not confirmed, seems to have been taken after the customer feedback. Other details include a redesigned dashboard with a 15.6-inch digital instrument console, a 10.25-inch infotainment console, a third screen for the front passenger, leather upholstery, electric seats with ventilation, and more.

Powering the new Amalfi is the reworked 3.9-litre V8 twin-turbo petrol engine of the Roma. It now develops 631 bhp (16 bhp more) and 760 Nm torque. For the record, the Amalfi does 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, and has a top speed of 320 km/h. This engine is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Ferrari is expected to launch the Amalfi in India by mid-2026, while the deliveries are reported to start by early 2027.
