2025 Renault Duster: What to expect?
The recently spotted test mule of the new-gen Duster shows that Renault is working on the final adjustments for the Indian market, ahead of the official debut of the car in India later this year.
The new-gen Duster is already available internationally with substantial changes to its design, cabin, and powertrain. The India-spec model is likely to offer the new changes with minor amendments to its design and mechanical bits.
The new Duster is loaded with a muscular desing language, which does not copy the modern styling like other manufacturers that include the use of connected lights and more.
Rather, the new-gen Duster is loaded with the Y-shaped LEDs, big wheel arches and body claddings, and an upright deisgn with a roof-integrated spoiler for a sporty appeal.
The cabin is loaded with high-quality materials used for construction, comfortable seats with space for five adults, and the latest features like a 7-inch digital console, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, wireless features, voice commands, panoramic sunroof, and more.
The India-spec model is likely to get minor changes, which might include the different bumpers, new alloys with higher tyre profile, and a different interior scheme for a more lavish experience.
Powering the new-gen Duster will be an array of engine options, which will include a 1.3-litre hybrid, a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol with a 4×4 option, and a mild-hybrid engine as well. Internationally, Renault sells the Duster with an LPG option as well.
The expected launch timeline of the new-gen Duster in India is by late 2025 or early 2026. It will be positioned around Rs 10-20 lakh.
