Key highlights
- Priced at INR 29.35 lakh ex showroom, based on top Pack Three variant
- Gets exclusive Satin Black and Satin White shades with new premium interiors
- Powered by 79 kWh battery offering over 500 km real world range
Mahindra has launched the Cineluxe edition of the Mahindra XEV 9e at INR 29.35 lakh ex showroom. Bookings open on 2 March 2026. Deliveries begin from 10 March 2026.
What makes the Cineluxe different
The Cineluxe edition builds on the fully loaded Pack Three trim. It adds exclusive Satin Black and Satin White exterior finishes. Both shades give the SUV a deeper, richer presence. They look understated but expensive. That is a tricky balance to get right.
Inside, Mahindra introduces Chestnut Brown and Nocturne Black smooth grain leatherette upholstery. The brand has clearly focused on touch points and textures.
Cinema inside, highway outside
The highlight remains the triple screen layout that stretches across the dashboard. Mahindra calls it a coast to coast triple HD display. The 16 speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos support pushes the experience further.
The Infinity Roof adds drama overhead. Ambient lighting offers over 16 million colour combinations. Yes, that is a lot of shades. You can match the cabin to your mood. Or to your playlist.
What’s unchanged?
Under the skin, nothing changes. The Cineluxe edition uses the same 79 kWh battery pack. Mahindra claims over 500 km of real world range.
Since it is based on the Pack Three trim, the Cineluxe edition retains all flagship features. You get the StraightAhead VisionX AR heads up display. There is EyeDentity driver and occupant monitoring. HandsFree Park assist also makes the cut.
Mahindra also includes Secure360 and Secure360 Pro. Camp mode, Keep mode and PawPal HVAC modes return as well. These features may sound playful, but they add everyday usability.
The SUV also supports Digital Key and personalised user profiles. It feels modern. It feels thought through.
Mahindra is clearly thinking ahead. Luxury EV buyers want more than speed and range. They want presence. They want tech. They want drama. The XEV 9e Cineluxe delivers all three.
