Mahindra has released another teaser of its upcoming electric SUV, the XEV 9S. The new teaser shows that the SUV will get modern features like individual infotainment screens, controllable lights, frunk and more.

Mahindra XEV 9S to get frunk, changing lights, and more
The XEV 9S will become the first-ever three-row Mahindra electric SUV. It is scheduled to launch on November 27 in India. As seen in its latest teaser video, the EV will get plush and modern interiors, with features such as a triple screen display at the front and rear individual infotainment screens.
The new teaser also highlights the new features like the frunk, which will add convenience for large families, and controllable ambient lights. As per the details, these mood lights will change the colours after syncing with the Harman Kardon sound system.
Meanwhile, it will get an electric tailgate and 50:50 split third-row seats for better cargo area use. The EV is likely to get reclining second-row seats with a ventilation feature. However, the details of this are yet to be confirmed by the brand.
The XEV 9S is based on the INGLO platform, which is used by the XEV 9E coupe EV as well. In fact, the 9S will share the battery packs with the 9E model. The expected launch price of the XEV 9S is Rs 21-30 lakh.
