SMK helmets have introduced two new Nova series helmets in India, offering high protection and more comfort for the rider. Check out the complete details of these new helmets below.

SMK Nova Solid and Track helmets – Details
The newly introduced Nova Solid and Nova Track helmets by SMK offer top-notch safety, comfort, and affordability, as per the company. These new full-face helmets have been specifically designed to offer protection to the riders.
The Nova Solid is priced at Rs 4,000, while the Nova Track is priced at Rs 4,300. Both full-face helmets are available in multiple sizes ranging from XS to XXL. These helmets can be opted for in gloss and matte colour options, and customers can either order them online via SMK’s website or visit the offline SMK authorised stores nationwide.
Speaking of safety, both helmets come with ECE 22.06, ISI, and DOT certifications. The inner lining of these helmets is built from EIRT or Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic material and a multi-density inner EPS liner for impact absorption.
Other key features of the Nova Solid and Track helmets include the scratch-resistant, optically-corrected, pin-lock 30 inner visor with a quick-release mechanism. Additionally, the interior padding features a hypoallergenic liner with a removable mechanism for easy washing. Both helmets come with a quick-release chin strap.
The main difference between Nova Solid and Track helmets is the colouring. The Solid variant comes with a monotone colour options, while the Track version gets multi-colour options with aggressive graphics.
