The latest spy images of the upcoming Duster reveal new details. First, the car will get petal-shaped black alloy wheels, which we suspect hint at a dark or sports edition variant. Meanwhile, the interior finish shows the use of black leather with green stitching, a design trait that is also shared with the sibling car, Nissan Tekton.
The new-gen Duster will debut in India on January 26, 2026. It will be slightly longer than the 4-meter mark and will feature a boxy and rugged design. The key design highlights will include the use of flared wheel arches, black body cladding, Y-shaped LED DRLs, and an upright stance.
On the inside, the new Duster will feel similar to the Dacia Duster (international model). It will feature a driver-centric cabin with a digital console, a 10.1-inch infotainment screen, an ADAS safety suite, wireless connectivity, and more.
Powering the India-spec Duster is likely to be the Mild Hybrid 130 engine. It makes 128.8 bhp of peak power, and it is likely to be offered with the 4WD option as well. Although there is a Hybrid 140 engine available in the global market, we suspect it will not launch in India.
The expected starting price of the new-gen Duster is likely to be Rs 11-12 lakh.
