Tata Motors has launched the mid-life facelift of the Punch crossover in India. The new micro-SUV is now available with a new design and improved features. Read all the details below.

Everything to know about the 2026 Tata Punch facelift
The all-new Punch facelift is now available in India, starting at a price tag of Rs 5.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model has also received a new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, turbo petrol engine sourced from Nexon, which offers 118 bhp and 170 Nm of power and torque, and it is priced at Rs 8.29 lakh (ex-showroom).
Speaking of the changes, the new Punch facelift now gets a heavily revised front and rear shape. The front fascia is inspired by the bigger Tata cars like the Nexon and Harrier, as it gets a new bumper, new sleeker LED DRLs, new LED projector headlamps, and new body cladding.
The side profile is largely unchanged, save for the new, bigger ORVMs with the 360-degree camera and the new dual-tone alloy wheels. At the rear, it gets a new connected LED taillight, redesigned bumper, and new boot lid lettering.
The facelifted Punch is unaltered dimensions-wise, but it does feature an all-new cabin with the new dashboard, a new two-spoke steering wheel, a new digital console, a bigger 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless connectivity, and more.
In terms of the new features, it gets wireless charging, an electric sunroof, an auto-dimming IRVM, LED foglights with a cornering feature, extended thigh support for the seats, an auto AC, type-C charging ports with fast charging, drive modes, TPMS, and more.
The engine and gearbox options are unchanged. It does get the 1.2-litre petrol and the 1.2-litre CNG engine options. However, the turbo petrol engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, and it is available in a single variant only.
