Maruti Suzuki has begun delivering the first batch of the Victoris SUV across India. The new SUV is based on the platform of Grand Vitara, and is offered in three engine options.

The newly launched Victoris is the company’s flagship SUV. Maruti is selling the Victoris through the Arena showrooms, and it is positioned above the Brezza SUV.
Speaking of the details, the prices for Victoris start from Rs 10.50 lakh for the base petrol variant. Maruti is offering the Victoris with a 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol, a 1.5-litre CNG, and a 1.5-litre strong-hybrid engine options. It is paired with the choices of a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed torque converter, and an e-CVT gearbox, depending on the variant chosen.
In terms of features, the Victoris is loaded with some first-ever equipment for a Maruti car. The top-spec variants are loaded with a level 2 ADAS safety suite and come loaded with electric seats with ventilation, a new digital console, ambient lighting, and more.
While the Victoris is based on the Grand Vitara’s platform, it has been positioned underneath it. Moreover, it has recently scored a 5-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP testing.
