Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara recall details
Maruti’s star SUV, the Grand Vitara, is being recalled in India. The reason behind the recall is a potential fault with the fuel level indicator, which might trigger alerts and wrong information display on the instrument console, including the wrong fuel level indication and remaining fuel quantity display.
The voluntary recall has already been initiated, and the affected vehicle owners are being informed to visit their nearest service centres to get their cars rectified. Moreover, Maruti has also revealed that no issues have been reported as of now; hence, this recall is a precautionary measure.
Speaking of the affected models, the cars manufactured between December 9, 202,4, to April 29, 2025, are reported to have this issue. If your car also belongs to the same batch, you can contact your nearest Nexa or Maruti Arena service centre to fix the issue.
