Ducati celebrates a century of passion with “The Origin Collection”

Key highlights

  • Ducati launches The Origin Collection, a three-part apparel line marking 100 years of the brand
  • Heritage, Icon, and Tomorrow capsules reinterpret classic Ducati logos and styling
  • Collection arrives in November at Ducati dealerships and the official Ducati online store

Ducati has kicked off its 100th-anniversary celebrations with a fashion statement rather than a new superbike. The company has unveiled The Origin Collection, a premium three-capsule apparel line designed to honour the brand’s first century of engineering, design, and pure Italian attitude. The collection folds Ducati’s heritage into contemporary styling, giving fans something they can literally wear into the next hundred years.

The Origin Collection is split into three capsules Heritage, Icon, and Tomorrow. Each one taps into a different era of the Ducati story, from vintage racing flair to modern urban minimalism. But all three share one goal: to let Ducati loyalists wear a slice of Bologna-built history.

Heritage: where it all began

The Heritage capsule pays tribute to the timeless themes that shaped early Ducati identity. Inspired by the classic Giugiaro logo from 1977, the collection reimagines old-school graphics through a modern lens.

The star of this capsule is the Heritage C3 jacket, a clean, retro-styled leather jacket produced by Dainese and available in both men’s and women’s versions. It carries the simplicity of 1980s Ducati design but adds today’s safety certification and riding comfort. Perforated versions are also available for warmer climates, which Indian Ducati riders will appreciate.

The capsule extends into lifestyle clothing as well: polos, sweatshirts, and T-shirts that carry the Giugiaro logo proudly across the back. It’s subtle nostalgia with a refined twist.

Icon: celebrating the symbols of the brand

The Icon capsule digs deeper into Ducati’s graphic lineage, spotlighting the logos and badges that made the brand instantly recognisable across racetracks and city streets.

This line is entirely lifestyle-oriented and features garments for both men and women. The standout piece is a premium leather jacket treated for softness and durability ideal for riders who want Ducati authenticity without going full race suit on a coffee run.

Tomorrow: Ducati’s future in fabric

If Heritage nods to the past and Icon celebrates the present, Tomorrow is Ducati eyeing its next century. The capsule uses a new interpretation of the Giugiaro logo to create an all-over pattern that feels distinctly futuristic.

This limited-edition line includes caps, hoodies, polos and T-shirts in red and black. The vibe is youthful, bold, and unmistakably Ducati, a statement for riders who want to stand out without raising the throttle.

Availability

The entire collection will be available from November at Ducati dealerships and on Shop.Ducati.com. Each garment includes a QR code that links directly to its online page, making browsing and buying a bit more fun than the usual apparel hunt. Ducati has also released a dedicated video on its YouTube channel, offering a closer look at the details and design intent behind every piece.
