Royal Enfield is extensively testing its first-ever electric bike, the C6. A test mule has been recently spotted in Chennai once again. Read below the details we know so far about the upcoming C6 electric bike.

Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6: Everything we know so far
The new Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle will make its Indian debut next year. The brand has been extensively testing it on the road, as the latest spy shots emerge from Chennai.
Earlier, the C6 and the S6 Scrambler electric motorcycle test mules were seen in Ladakh, and now in Chennai. The C6 will be an urban electric bike that will feature minimalist bodywork with retro design appeal.
The test bike, which looks near production-ready, has round lights and round mirrors with sleek bodywork. Additionally, it rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear multi-spoke alloy wheels, whilst the magnesium-framed battery pack sits underneath the dummy fuel tank.
The C6 will get a chain-based drivetrain and two power modes: Eco and Sport. Meanwhile, it will be equipped with features like a TFT console with Snapdragon compatibility, Bluetooth connectivity, a dual-channel ABS, and more.
It is based on an all-new magnesium frame, which will offer durability and agility as the bike is intended for urban landscape use. The frame is suspended on the USD front forks and a monoshock rear suspension.
The battery specs and electric motor details are unknown as of now. However, a few online reports have hinted at a possible real-world range between 150-200 km.
Royal Enfield is expected to launch the C6 in India next year, possibly in the first quarter. The expected price of the C6 electric bike is around Rs 2.5-3 lakh.
