Skoda Super Care: All details explained
As per the official details, the new Skoda Super Care program has been rolled out to redefine the ownership experience for all Skoda owners. The initiative involves the low-cost ownership packages, predictable service costs, and comprehensive service support for all car owners in 2026.
The new Super Care service initiative includes the following benefits for all Skoda owners:
1. 4-year standard warranty
All Skoda car owners in India will now get a standard 4-year or 1 lakh kilometre warranty. This is a comprehensive support that will ensure that the customers can use their cars without worrying about the part failure or replacement costs.
2. 4-year roadside assistance
In addition to the new standard warranty period, all cars will now be sold with the comprehensive 4-year roadside assistance, including conditions like flat tyres, fuel exhaustion, breakdown, and more.
3. Four labour-free services
Furthermore, Skoda is now offering standard free labour on the first four services. Although the first two of these include the early check-ups at 1,000 km and 5,000 km, the latter two are the full-fledged services at 15,000 km and 30,000 km. Free labour will reduce the initial service costs substantially, especially for cars like Kodiaq.
Apart from the above-mentioned comprehensive service additions, Skoda has also introduced the special maintenance plans, which cater for users with various usage and service intervals. These have been specifically curated to lower the long-term ownership cost.
Skoda has also introduced digitalisation and process improvements internally at the service points, ensuring that the customers get a transparet pricing and quick service. This has been done via the introduction of the iService 1.0, which has digitalised the service consultation and process.
Skoda customers can also use the ‘MySkoda’ mobile app as a centralised app to schedule appointments, view service updates, view service history and bills, and more.
