Yamaha R15 May 2026 price hike details
The latest price revision of the entry-level fully-faired R15 sportsbike has witnessed a substantial increase. The company has revised its prices for all the variants by Rs 4,900.
The new price hike comes due to the consistently rising input costs and logistics costs. After the price hike, the new variant-wise ex-showroom prices of the R15 are as follows:
- R15 Standard: Rs 1,71,100
- R15 Dark Knight: Rs 1,72,000
- R15 Dual Tone: Rs 1,75,700
- R15 M: Rs 1,86,000
- R15 M MotoGP Edition: Rs 1,87,500
- R15 M Carbon Edition: Rs 1,96,100
With the new prices coming into effect nationwide, the R15 sportsbike is now costlier than ever before. However, it remains mechanically unaltered.
Powering the R15 is a bulletproof and potent 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that comes with a Variable Valve Technology. This engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission and gets a slipper clutch, churning out 18.4 bhp and 14.2 Nm.
The top-spec model is equipped with a TFT colour console with Bluetooth connectivity, traction modes, call and message alerts, and more.
