Tata Altroz CNG AMT: Everything to know before buying
The new Altroz CNG AMT is powered by the same engine and drivetrain as the Punch CNG AMT. It gets a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated CNG engine that makes 72 bhp and 103 Nm. It is paired with a 5-speed AMT transmission.
The Altroz CNG AMT packs the dual-cylinder technology, and it offers 210 litres of boot space, which is 135 litres less than the petrol/diesel variants. Apart from the AMT gearbox, there are no other changes made to its visual appeal or interior layout and features.
The new Altroz iCNG AMT is available in the following variants:
- Pure – Rs 8.70 lakh
- Pure S – Rs 9 lakh
- Creative – Rs 9.57 lakh
- Creative S – Rs 9.82 lakh
- Accomplished S – Rs 10.77 lakh
Mind you, the above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom. The pre-bookings of the Altroz iCNG AMT have opened across all dealerships in India, and the deliveries are expected to begin shortly.
