Renault Duster export commenced from India
Renault has been exporting its cars to SAARC nations, which include 14 countries and models like the Kiger and Triber. The latest addition to this export is the new Duster, which will be exported to the Asia Pacific, South Africa and East Africa.
Mind you, the exported Duster units were India-specific. The international Duster is different from the Indian-spec car, as it gets different headlights and taillights, different alloy wheels, and different trims. Meanwhile, the Indian-spec Duster gets more bells and whistles, and it has modern elements like the connected LED taillights, sharp LED headlights, and more.
Renault also announced that India remains its most important strategic point for expansion. The French carmaker is eyeing Rs 25,000 revenue from the car exports alone by 2030.
