2026 Bajaj Pulsar 125: What has changed?

Engine specs and hardware updates

The biggest update that the new Pulsar 125 gets is a new chassis. It gets a new diamond-type frame that now houses a new 124.58cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that makes 12.1 bhp and 11.4 Nm, which is more than the outgoing model.

This engine is paired with a new 5-speed transmission that offers better low-end rideability, as per the company. The new Pulsar 125 also features a new gas-charged monoshock rear suspension. Bajaj also claims that the new Pulsar 125 is quicker from 0-60 km/h due to the new specifications.

Styling updates

In terms of the design, Bajaj has tried to play it safe. The brand has carried over the original silhouette of the outgoing Pulsar 125, but it has packed new features to make it look modern.

The front now packs a redesigned LED headlamp with a sharp design, a new headlight cowl, and new daytime running lights. The bike also features a redesigned riding posture and new dual-tone colours that are inspired by the first-generation Pulsar model.

Feature updates

In terms of features, the new Pulsar 125 now gets a 5-inch TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity. It also gets three riding modes (Rain, Road, Sport) on the select variants. It also gets a new CrawlTech, which helps the motorcycle to move forward without requiring throttle input in bumper-to-bumper traffic.

Bajaj has also equipped the new Pulsar 125 with LED indicators, hazard lamps, and a new Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) motor that helps in assisting the low-end torque and fuel economy.

Variant-wise price

The new Pulsar 125 is now available in the following variants with their ex-showroom price as follows:

  • Base – Rs 92,990
  • STD Single Seat – Rs 99,291
