- Kawasaki KLE650 video teaser released
- Debut expected at EICMA 2026 next month
- To get the tubular trellis frame similar to the KLE500
Kawasaki is soon going to debut a new middleweight adventure motorcycle, which is globally anticipated to be badged ‘KLE650’. The rumours of the KLE650 have been flying around for a long time, and now the brand has released a new teaser video, which is likely to be the first teaser of the KLE650.
Kawasaki KLE650: What do we know so far?

The new teaser trailer released in the UK shows a new adventure motorcycle. While the bike has not been detailed in the video, the teaser shows a glimpse of the new engine casing and a tubular trellis frame painted in the signature metallic green colour of Kawasaki.
Additionally, the crash bar, knuckle guards, and auxiliary lights are visible in the teaser, confirming that this one is a big ADV. The dual-disc brake setup on the front tyre is also visible in the teaser video.
As per the online rumours, Kawasaki will close the gap between the litre-class segment and the KLE500 with the new KLE650. The KLE650 is likely to boast identical styling to the KLE500. The latter was introduced last year in the global market with a sleek design and a tall front, featuring dual-pod LED headlights, an upright riding stance, and a semi-sporty engine tune.
The KLE650 is likely to feature a 649cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine. The possibility that Kawasaki could use the current 649cc motor on the KLE650 can not be denied either. However, it will require significant changes for an ADV.
We suspect that the KLE650 will be revealed at EICMA 2026, which is bound to take place in November 2026 in Milan, Italy. As far as the Indian market is concerned, we suspect that Kawasaki is not very keen on bringing the KLE range as of now. But this could change in the future.
