BMW Motorrad has announced the new M 1000 RR special edition limited-run model, called the Isle of Man TT. As its name suggests, this special model is inspired by the iconic Isle of Man race course. Read all the details about it below.

BMW M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Edition: Everything to know
The new M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Edition takes its inspiration from the Isle of Man race circuit. As this iconic motorsport circuit completes 115 years of existence, the brand has introduced 115 units of this special edition motorcycle.
Speaking of the changes, it features a unique British Racing Green Uni Matt colour scheme, which has been inspired by the Isle of Man mountain course. This paint option is matched with the Isle of Man TT-inspired graphics on the fairing, and an aluminium fuel tank that is finished in satin-chrome.
Other updates include the Alcantara seat, carbon airbox with TT badge, and individual numbering on the steering yoke. Additionally, the left and right side fairing features the special left and right-hand side curves of the track.
While the engine specifications are the same as the M 1000 RR that comes with the M Sport Package, the special edition bike does feature some additional goodies, which include the M Race Cover Kit, a black swingarm, a TT-branded rear frame, and a custom motorcycle mat.
BMW has not announced whether a handful of units will come to India or not, but this bike is priced at Rs 56.50 lakh in the UK (as of today’s exchange rate).
