At the International Electric Convention & Green Mobility 2025 in New Delhi, EKA Mobility didn’t just show up, they showed off. With four distinct electric vehicles spanning three commercial segments, the Pune-based OEM has officially claimed the title of India’s widest EV portfolio on one platform.
Under the theme “Sustainability with Profitability,” EKA’s showcase was more than a product launch. The brand aims to lead India’s clean mobility transition, and it’s doing it with scale, substance, and serious engineering muscle.
The lineup: four EVs, zero emissions
Here’s what EKA rolled out:
- EKA 55T: A heavy-duty electric truck with a payload capacity of 43,000 kg and a 200 km range. Built for logistics giants who want torque without tailpipe guilt.
- EKA 12M: A premium 12-meter electric bus with over 250 km range and ADAS-based safety. Designed for urban fleets and intercity comfort.
- EKA 3W Cargo: A zero-emission three-wheeler with 750 kg payload and 200 km range. Perfect for last-mile delivery warriors.
- EKA 6S: India’s first passenger 3-wheeler EV with a steering wheel and D+6 seating. A game-changer for urban mobility and shared transport.
This isn’t a concept carousel. These vehicles are production-ready, and EKA has already secured 3,300+ orders across India and South Africa.
Tech: EKA Connect
Alongside the metal, EKA showcased its digital backbone, the EKA Connect. This AI-powered fleet management platform offers:
- Predictive diagnostics
- Modular battery architecture
- Real-time efficiency tracking
For fleet operators, that means lower total cost of ownership and fewer nasty surprises on the road.
Built in India, ready for the world
Every vehicle in EKA’s portfolio is designed, engineered, and manufactured in India. The company’s 500+ strong R&D team—majority women—drives this innovation from the ground up. Strategic partnerships with Mitsui (Japan) and VDL Groep (Netherlands) add global credibility to EKA’s local ambition.
The brand is also aligned with the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India missions.
