If you own a Vida e-scooter or plan to buy one soon, the good news is here. Hero is offering additional customer benefits to Vida owners ahead of the festive season this year. Read all the details below.

Hero Vida: Customer benefits explained
The new customer benefit plans introduced by Hero MotoCorp include the assured buyback, extended warranty coverage, roadside assistance, and connected service subscription packages.
The new plan now offers an extended warranty of up to 5 years or 75,000 km, whichever comes first. Additionally, the extended warranty covers the electric motor, battery, and 11 of the critical components. Speaking of the battery specifically, it gets a 5-year/60,000 km warranty.
Meanwhile, to offer peace of mind ownership, an assured buyback scheme has been launched that offers up to 67.5% of the original value of the scooter, if sold in three years. However, this value depends on the condition parameters as well.
In addition to the above services, Hero has also launched a new Vida Edge subscription package. This package offers unlimited fast charging through the 3,600 different public chargers and 40+ connected features on the official Vida app. The app further allows the rider to monitor the stats of the scooter, including the battery health, locate charging stations, and more.
Last but not least, all of the scooters in the Vida range now get 24/7 roadside assistance, which covers breakdowns, flat tyres, and also offers towing facilities.
