Hero Vida Ubex: What to expect?
The latest teaser image of the Ubex shows a naked, sporty motorcycle, which has the silhouette of a streetfighter bike. This will be the first electric motorcycle of the Jaipur-based brand, and it will debut at the EICMA in Italy later this month.
As far as the details are known, Hero has developed it in collaboration with the US-based Zero Motorcycles, which is a renowned brand for making e-motorcycles. The bike is going to feature a mid-mounted electric battery and motor, along with premium hardware, including USD forks, monoshock rear suspension, dual-channel ABS, and more.
Hero claims that it will offer performance equivalent to a 350cc ICE performance motorcycle. Furthermore, it will be manufactured in India and exported to the international market in the future.
Once launched, the Ubex will compete with the upcoming Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6, which is also scheduled to debut in India by the end of next year. With that said, the production version of Ubex is still at least a year away from launch.
