Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition – All details
Leaked through an online YouTube channel, the upcoming Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition has been spotted at a dealership ahead of the official launch. However, contradicting the suffix ‘Edition’, it gets far more changes than expected.
The grey and black colour combination is all new, and its outlook is further elevated by the new LED headlight that has been carried over from the Xtreme 250R. Additionally, it gets a new negative LCD console, also taken from the Xtreme 250R.
However, the most interesting bit is the addition of a cruise control button on the right switchgear. Furthermore, the console shows different ride mode options, which means that it will also offer the riding modes.
While the design of the Combat Edition will remain largely unaltered, the new headlight and new colour combinations will set it apart from the standard Xtreme 160R 4V. With the addition of the new features, its pricing will also be increased.
Powering the Combat Edition is the current 163.2cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine that makes 16.6 bhp and 14.6 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. It is paired with a 5-speed transmission.
Considering that the bike has started reaching the dealerships, we suspect the official launch to take place in the coming days. Its expected launch price is around Rs 1.33 lakh.
