Hyundai’s upcoming Verna facelift has been spied yet again. The latest set of leaked images has revealed its interior details for the first time. Read below what to expect from the new Verna.

What to expect from the Hyundai Verna facelift?
The latest spy shots of the upcoming Verna facelift showcase the first glimpse of its interior design updates. Hyundai will give a much required update on the Verna, especially the interiors, with the new dashboard that now features a connected dual-screen display similar to the new-gen Creta.
Additionally, the two-spoke steering wheel will be replaced by the new three-spoke steering wheel, which is identical to the Ioniq 5. The spied test car has black leather upholstery, which is accentuated by the sporty red and silver accents, suggesting that the interior theme will be updated as well.
Meanwhile, the exterior design is also destined to receive an update with a revised front and rear, featuring new LED lights and new bumpers. The current Verna looks polarising, and Hyundai is likely to change the design to a more conventional one, so that it can beat the rivals like the Volkswagen Virtus, which sells more even with fewer features.
We do not expect any changes on the mechanical front. The Verna facelift will be offered with the current 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine options, both paired with manual and auto transmission options.
The updated model is likely to launch later this year. We expect the prices to be slightly higher than the current car, which is priced at Rs 10.80-17.13 lakh (ex-showroom).
