Jeep India has created something very amazing, and it’s digital. During Ganeshotsav 2025, the firm turned its famous Wrangler into a moving temple of devotion as part of its Trail of Faith campaign. Both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records recognised the SUV as having the largest digital collection of prayers on a vehicle after it was wrapped in 1,96,847 Ganpati wishes that were submitted by devotees around India.
On Visarjan day, September 6, the Wrangler took center stage at Mumbai’s revered Khetwadi Cha Raja pandal. It didn’t just show up, it pulled the idol itself, becoming Bappa’s vaahan in a moment that fused faith, horsepower, and cultural pride.
How the campaign worked
Trail of Faith, which was launched on August 27, asked followers to digitally submit their wishes for Ganpati. Jeep India ensured that nobody was excluded:
- Dealership activations for local engagement
- QR codes at pandals and public areas
- Website entries for distant participation
- CRM outreach and Jeep community channels
More than 1.10 lakh wishes were sent in during the first week. The number had surpassed 1.96 lakh by Visarjan. The Wrangler became a canvas of shared faith as each prayer was printed and wrapped onto it.
Beyond the numbers: a cultural moment
This wasn’t merely a publicity gimmick. It was a complete cultural awakening. 92.5 Big FM teamed up with Jeep India to provide both on-air and on-ground amplification. The campaign ensured awareness and inclusivity across the country by utilising social media, dealerships, and community activities.
