Land Rover India has launched the Defender 110 Trophy Edition, a special variant of its iconic off-road SUV, priced at INR 1.30 crore. Inspired by the legendary Camel Trophy events, this edition blends rugged capability with bespoke styling, making it one of the most exclusive Defenders you can buy today.
Powertrain
The Defender 110 Trophy Edition is powered by a 3.0-litre, six-cylinder diesel engine paired with Land Rover’s mild-hybrid technology. This setup delivers a strong 296 bhp and 650 Nm of torque, channelled through an 8-speed automatic transmission to all four wheels via the brand’s intelligent all-wheel-drive system. The mild-hybrid assist helps improve throttle response and fuel efficiency, especially during low-speed off-road crawling or city driving.
What makes it special
The Trophy Edition gets a host of cosmetic upgrades and off-road accessories. You’ll spot the unique Trophy decals, Gloss Black bonnet and bodyside cladding, and rear recovery eyes. It rides on 20-inch Gloss Black alloy wheels wrapped in all-terrain tyres, ready to tackle anything from city potholes to Himalayan trails.
Inside, the SUV features illuminated Trophy treadplates, Ebony Windsor leather seats, and an exposed Cross Car Beam finished in body-matching colours. It’s rugged, but it doesn’t forget to be refined.
Built for adventure
The Defender Trophy Edition comes with a roof ladder, corrosion-resistant roof rack, lockable waterproof side gear carrier, and a winch-ready front bumper.
With Terrain Response 2, an active locking rear differential, and adaptive dynamics, the Trophy Edition isn’t just about brute force, it’s engineered to handle everything from deep mud to high-speed highway runs with equal confidence.
Land Rover also offers optional adventure accessories, making this Defender a serious contender for those who like their luxury with a side of mud.
