Land Rover has introduced the new Discovery Tempest and Gemini Editions in India, priced from Rs 1.26 crore. Check their complete details below.

Land Rover Discovery Tempest Edition details
Tempest and Gemini Editions were revealed earlier this year in the UK. Now, the brand has launched both models in India. Speaking of the Tempest Edition, it is priced at Rs 1.39 crore (ex-showroom).
In terms of changes, the Tempest Edition Discovery features new 22-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a roof, and front bumper garnish, as well as ‘Discovery’ lettering, all painted in the Petra Copper shade. The front grille gets a new hexagonal Graphite Atlas shade highlight.
Customers can opt for a Carpathian Grey, Varesine Blue, or Charente Grey exterior colour option. It also gets a set of new puddle lamps with the Tempest logo.
The cabin is refreshed with new leather upholstery choices, including an Ebony interior with an Ebony headliner, a Caraway interior with a Light Oyster headliner, or a Light Oyster/Ebony interior with an Ebony headliner.
Land Rover Discovery Gemini Edition details
The new Gemini Edition is the most affordable Discovery variant in India. It is priced at Rs 1.26 crore (ex-showroom). Similar to the Tempest Edition, it also gets cosmetic tweaks.
On the outside, it is loaded with 21-inch silver alloys, a black roof, a new hexagonal front grille with blue colour contrast, and a silver front skid plate. Customers now get additional colour options for the exteriors: Sedona Red (new), Fuji White, Santorini Black, and Eiger Grey.
On the inside, customers can opt between leather or fabric upholstery options. The interior theme options are similar to the Tempest Edition.

Engine specifications
Both models are powered by the 3.0-litre, inline-six, turbo-diesel engine. It is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and gets an AWD system. The combined output on offer is 350 bhp. The Discovery can sprint 0-100 km/h in 6.3 seconds.
