Mahindra XUV 7XO pre-bookings open – What to expect?
The upcoming XUV 7XO is going to be launched in India in January 2026. The brand has commenced the pre-bookings for the updated SUV at Rs 21,000, and also released a new trailer video showing the new updates.
The new XUV 7XO is essentially a facelift of the XUV700. As per the online reports and rumours, it will follow a similar design philosophy to the new XEV 9S. This means that it will get the new front and rear design with the connected lights, new bumpers, and an updated side profile with the new dual-tone alloy wheels.
However, big changes are likely to follow on the inside, where the new SUV will feature a new triple screen dashboard, a new two-spoke steering wheel, redesigned centre console, updated upholstery, and new features like the Boss Mode, foldable trays for the rear passengers, etc.
The XUV 7XO will remain identical to the current XUV700. Although we do expect that it will become more refined with the improved NVH and fit and finish levels. The scheduled timeline for its launch is January 2026. The price expectation is higher than the XUV700 as it will be a more feature and tech rich SUV.
