JSW MG Motor India has launched the third update for its Hector and Hector Plus models. The new update has brought subtle cosmetic updates and new features. Read its complete details below.

MG Hector facelift changes explained
The first change on the MY26 Hector is the addition of a new front grille with vertical slats draped in chrome accents and piano black finish. The company calls this grille Aura Hex, and it is further complemented by a new front bumper and more chrome additions on the bumper.
Meanwhile, the rear profile has also undergone a slight change with the addition of a redesigned bumper. On the side profile, it now gets the new 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels called Aura Bolt. Customers also get two new colour options – Caledon Blue and Pearl White.
On the inside, the 5-seater variants get the new Ivory and Black leather upholstery, whilst the 7-seater variants get the new Beige and Black leather upholstery. Meanwhile, the big vertical infotainment screen is now updated with a fast processor and a bigger RAM, which now allows multiple finger swipes and eliminates the lag experienced on the previous models.
Meanwhile, the 360-degree camera now has a ‘Wheel View’ option that allows the driver to easily manoeuvre the vehicle through the tight spaces and off-road conditions. Engine-wise, it continues using the 1.5-litre turbo petrol with the CVT transmission. MG will introduce the 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine next year.
