- Launch expected soon as Kia prepares for a major model-year update.
The next-gen Kia Seltos is inching closer to launch, and the latest spy shots give us the clearest look yet at the GT Line variant’s interior. While the current Seltos still sells in strong numbers, Kia is clearly working to keep the SUV fresh as competition tightens on every side.
Spied interior
The interior shows the biggest step forward. The dashboard layout looks cleaner and more horizontal, with a redesigned centre console that sits higher and feels more driver-focused. The climate control area now has a sleeker touch-based interface, hinting that Kia wants to declutter the cabin without making it too futuristic for everyday use. The steering wheel seems to carry a sportier look, likely exclusive to the GT Line, while the seats appear to get new patterns and contrast stitching.
New infotainment
Screens have become the new horsepower, and Kia seems to agree. The updated Seltos interior looks set to carry an improved infotainment display with sharper graphics and possibly new connected features. The instrument cluster also seems more modern, which should help the SUV feel fresher from the driver’s seat. Material quality is expected to rise across the cabin, with more soft-touch areas and better finishing.
The spy shots also suggest tweaks to storage spaces and the centre armrest. These subtle updates often matter more than flashy features during day-to-day driving. Expect the GT Line to retain its signature sporty character with gloss black trims and red accents.
On the outside, the GT Line should continue with its signature aggressive look, though the latest test mule hides most of those details. Kia is likely saving the full design reveal for the official debut, which now feels close.
