The recently revealed teaser of the Gravite’s interiors showcases the design details of this 7-seater MPV. The Gravite is essentially a rebadged version of the Renault Triber, as it features a three-row setup with a 60:40 split second row and a 50:50 split third row.

Moreover, the dashboard is visible with a dual-tone outlook with a beige and black combination. The steering wheel is also identical to the Triber’s, but it features the Nissan logo and buttons for the MID, infotainment, and other controls. Although not clearly visible, the cabin also features a digital console, which we suspect will have a similar UI to the Triber.

Another highlight is the presence of a chrome-plated automatic gearshift lever, which has a manual mode for the AMT. The Gravite will come equipped with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, offering 72 bhp and 96 Nm. It will be paired with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT automatic gearbox. Additionally, online rumours hint at a retrofit CNG kit option, which is likely to be backed by Nissan and offered as a dealership-level option.

The Gravite MPV will launch on February 17, and we expect its pricing to be slightly above that of the Renault Triber due to the joint venture’s cost-benefit pact per model.
