Royal Enfield’s Flying Flea C6 – Specs are out

Flying Flea, the electric sub-brand from Royal Enfield has finally revealed the specifications of their first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6. The motorcycle was first showcased on 2024 and has been in the news since.

Specifications

The Flying Flea C6 is powered by a 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The claimed IDC range is 154 km. The electric motor puts out 20.9 PS of peak power and 60 Nm of peak torque. The C6 can sprint from 0 to 60 kmph in just 3.7 secs and can achieve a top speed of 115 kmph. This is the lightest motorcycle from the Royal Enfield stable weighing just 124 kg.

The C6 gets four riding modes namely, City, Rain, Highway and Sport. There is a custom ride mode as well that can be configured by the rider. The EV comes with an on-board charger and can be charged from 0 to 100% in about 2 hours and 16 minutes.

Unique design and features

The design inspiration comes from the WWII Flying Flea motorcycles which were light and nimble. The C6 stays true to the design and also implements girder forks for the front suspension. The rear is a traditional mono-shock. The bike stands tall with a seat height of 823 mm and a ground clearance of 203 mm.

The C6 gets a circular instrument console with a crisp 3.5-inch coloured-screen display. The console comes equipped with all the latest connected features including navigation and telephony controls.

Pricing and launch timeline

The price of the Flying Flea C6 will be announced on April 10. Royal Enfield has planned a new Flying Flea showroom in Bengaluru which will be opened on the same day. The motorcycle is expected to go on sale soon after.
