Triumph Speed 400, Speed T4 price cut details
Last month, the government of India announced the revised GST slabs, which hiked the tax from 28% to 40% for motorcycles and other two-wheelers above 350cc. However, Bajaj backed its customers and continued to sell the 400cc Triumph and KTM bikes without any hike.
Now, after absorbing the GST hike, Triumph has announced a new price revision for the Speed 400 and the Speed T4. Both 400cc bikes have now become cheaper by up to Rs 16,797. This comes as a surprise, as the brand has managed to keep the prices down without cutting on performance or quality.
Meanwhile, speaking of the new price details, the prices of both bikes are mentioned below:
Model | Old Price | New Price | Difference |
Speed 400 | Rs 2,50,551 | Rs 2,33,754 | Rs 16,797 |
Speed T4 | Rs 2,06,738 | Rs 1,92,539 | Rs 14,199 |
*Please note: The above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
Apart from the new price cut, both motorcycles remain unchanged visually, as well as mechanically.
