TVS Motor Company has registered the production design of a Cafe Racer based on the Ronin motorcycle. This new version of the Ronin could be launched in the coming months. Check out below what to expect from the upcoming Ronin Cafe Racer.

What to expect from the TVS Ronin Cafe Racer?
TVS had showcased a Cafe Racer based on the Ronin in December 2024. That model attracted a lot of eyeballs, and now it seems that the brand is planning to launch a production spec version of it.
The latest design patent of the Ronin-based Cafe Racer has leaked online, showing that TVS is also set to introduce an old-school cafe racer after witnessing the positive demand for the Triumph Thruxton 400. While Thruxton is a bigger bike, the Ronin Cafe Racer will use the smaller 225cc air-cooled engine that makes around 20 bhp.
This bike will attract more buyers due to its affordability. Speaking of the details, the design looks similar to the concept bike, as it gets the swept back headlight cowl with semi-fairing extending to the sculpted fuel tank. Moreover, it gets a clip-on handlebar with rear-set rider footpegs and a seat cowl with a tail tidy.
The homologated design also features the upswept exhaust and 17-inch alloy wheels, along with the USD front forks and a long bash plate under the engine. With that said, it will retain its old-school charm with the oval headlight and the retro colours with exciting graphics.
As of now, TVS has not uttered a word about introducing a new Cafe Racer, but the design patent says otherwise. We suspect that a production version of this model might get launched by Diwali 2026 festival. If so, it will be priced above Rs 1.80 lakh.
