Fiat might have exited the Indian market long way back, but the brand is persistent in the European and the Latin American car markets with the newer products. One such upcoming coupe SUV, codenamed F2X, has been spotted in Bengaluru recently. Read everything we know about it below.

Fiat F2X Fastback spotted: What does it mean for us?
Fiat has been working on the development of its upcoming coupe SUV, which is internally called the F2X. This coupe SUV was spotted at a fuel station in Bengaluru recently while filling petrol. The latter confirms that it will pack a petrol engine, which could be sourced from the Citroen Basalt. Why? It is because both models will share the same platform. Fiat is using the Smart Car architecture, made by Stellantis, for the F2X.
Now, speaking of what it will look like, the test car has chunkier proportions, including the squared-off wheel arches, an upright front stance, sporty bumpers, and the evident coupe styling that sets it apart from the rivals internationally. It also gets the uniquely styled alloy wheels.
While the glimpse of its interior could not get revealed in these images, it was confirmed that the test car was a left-hand drive unit. The latter also confirms that it will not come to India. So, what’s with the testing? Well, we believe that the brand is testing the durability of the newly developed car, especially the weather and terrain testing.
Fiat could debut the F2X internationally later this year. The test car already looks almost ready for the production. The online reports also hint that it will get a pure electric iteration in the future.
