Mahindra BE Rall-E: What to expect?
Mahindra first showcased the BE Rall-E concept in 2023. The lime green colour concept car attracted a lot of eyeballs back then. However, the brand has been testing the production version of the same car for a long time now.
The latest spy shots of a fully covered test car have emerged from Chennai. Posted by a Reddit user, the latest test mule spotting shows the close-up details of the upcoming EV.
While it shall share the underpinnings with the BE 6E, the design highlights, including the front fascia, are different. It is supposed to take inspiration from Rally cars, hence the test car has a sporty, uplifted profile with big wheel arches, and a raised suspension height.
Meanwhile, the front has a low-slung and wide bonnet, while the ski rack on the roof gives it a proper Rally car profile. Sadly, there is no information available regarding its interior design. Our anticipation says that it will share the same interiors as the BE 6E, but with a black outlook and sporty elements.
Powering the BE Rall-E could be the 79 kWh AWD battery pack and drivetrain. If so, then the maximum power output could be around 300 bhp or more. Considering that it will be an off-road-focused car, the maximum range will be nothing short of 500-600 km.
Speaking of the launch timeline, Mahindra has sealed its lips before it lets out any official information. We can only assume that it will be introduced by late 2026. Pricing could be well above Rs 30 lakh.
