Vespa 946 Horse Limited-Edition scooter: Everything to know
Vespa is known more as a lifestyle scooter manufacturer, and that’s what the new 946 Horse Edition scooter signifies. Made in limited numbers, the new 946 Horse celebrates the ‘Year of the Horse’, as per the brand’s Lunar Collection.
Making this edition special is its gloss and matte brown mix paint shade, which takes inspiration from the skin coat of the horse. Furthermore, it features a leather seat, leather handle grips, and leather accents on the mirrors. Vespa says that these additions have been specially crafted by Italian artisans.
Vespa did not just stop here; it has also embedded a V-shape monogram positioned below the saddle, featuring a horseshoe motif. Additionally, customers get custom accessories, including a special leather bag, a windscreen with aluminium supports, and a special helmet with a 3D V monogram at the back.
While the Italian scooter maker has not revealed how many units in total will be made of the Horse Edition, we suspect that the Indian market is unlikely to receive it. The Vespa 946 is priced at Rs 11.71 lakh (ex-showroom) in India, and if the Horse Edition comes to India, it will be priced higher than this.
