2025 Maruti XL6: What is new?
While XL6 has been long overdue for a thorough update, Maruti has decided to silently update the MPV with an increased length and new features to make it more convenient for rear passengers.
The XL6 competes with the new Kia Carens Clavis, which is more feature-loaded and offers modern connectivity and an overall better feel. However, with the new update, the XL6 has become roomier as it is 40 mm longer.
The exterior design remains largely unchanged, except for the roof-mounted spoiler that has been redesigned for a smart look. On the inside, the second row passengers now get floor-mounted AC vents, while the third-row passengers get side-mounted AC vents.
With that said, the increased length has opened up more space for the rear passengers, especially for the third-row passengers who get more legroom.
Mechanically, it remains unchanged. XL6 is available with a 1.5-litre petrol engine that comes with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox options. Additionally, there is also a 1.5-litre CNG engine option for chauffeur-driven customers.
