What has changed on the 2026 Honda City facelift?

As visible in the leaked image, the front of the City facelift has undergone a substantial redesign. It now packs a sleeker and sharper look with the new projector LED headlamps that stretch towards the fenders, while being connected by the new honeycomb grille.

Meanwhile, the Honda logo is positioned on the top of the grille, embedded in the bonnet in a cleaner way. The front bumper has also undergone a redesign with the new triangular air dams and a new lower grille finished in black colour.

While the side profile and the rear profile remain hidden as of now, we are expecting minor updates to these, save for the new alloy wheels, new ORVMs with the 360-degree camera setup, new LED taillights, and a reworked rear bumper.

The cabin is also expected to undergo an overhaul with the introduction of a bigger infotainment screen and new features like the electric seat adjustment with ventilation, wireless charging, ambient lighting, and more.

Mechanically, the City facelift will remain unaltered. It will continue using its bulletproof 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, which is paired with a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox.

The City facelift is expected to launch on May 22, and it will witness a price hike as compared to the current model.
