2026 Kia Carens prices hiked – Here’s why
The latest price correction for the Carens comes after the consistently rising input costs and weak foreign exchange rates. Kia has raised Rs 2,000 on the sticker price of all versions of the Carens.
Mind you, while Kia sells the new Carens Clavis, the old-spec Carens is also sold alongside. However, the latter is sold as a chauffeur-driven MPV, which is in popular demand among taxi and fleet operators.
Speaking about its technical details, the Carens is sold in three engine options: 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5-litre turbo diesel, and a 1.5-litre CNG. All of these engine options are sold with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
With that said, the Carens MPV range now starts at Rs 11.02 lakh, and goes up to Rs 12.88 lakh (ex-showroom).
