Maruti Suzuki has introduced the mid-life update of the Brezza. This is the first facelift of the current generation model, and the major improvements come in the form of a new turbo petrol engine and new features.

Price and availability
The new Brezza facelift has been introduced from a starting price of Rs 7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The variant-wise prices will be revealed soon, and bookings have commenced nationwide.
Exterior details
The new Brezza facelift has undergone a mild exterior design change. The front fascia now features a revised grille with a glossy grey-coloured highlight, a new bumper with a new lower bumper, vertical LED foglight housings, and new 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
The LED projector headlights and the LED taillights have been carried over from the previous model. The overall size and silhouette of the SUV have also been kept the same.
Interior details
On the inside, Maruti engineers have made some thoughtful upgrades that new customers will surely like. The first visible upgrade is the 10.1-inch floating infotainment screen that has been carried over from the Victoris. It features wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 64-bit LED cabin lighting controls, and a new upgraded sound system.
The cabin also features a new black and brown dual-tone theme accentuated with silver highlights. The HVAC controls have also been changed with the new panel that has been carried over from the Victoris. The new Brezza facelift also gets ventilated front seats, wireless charging, an air purifier, and an electric sunroof.
In terms of safety, the car comes with a 360-degree camera, six airbags, ABS and EBD, brake assist, blind spot warning, rear-cross traffic alert, safe exit warning, front parking sensors, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
Engine specs
The biggest addition on the updated Brezza facelift is the new 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine, aka Boosterjet, which has been carried over from the Maruti Fronx. This engine makes 108 bhp and 170 Nm, and it will be sold only with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Moreover, customers will get this engine option across all variants.
Meanwhile, the 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine will also be offered as it is. It will be offered with a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed AT gearbox option. Additionally, the 1.5-litre CNG engine will be offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox as before, but the big change is the placement of the CNG tanks under the body. The new CNG underbody tank placement will offer a usable boot space for the customers.
The new Brezza will be offered in 10 exterior colours and five trims: LXI, VXI, VXI+, ZXI, and ZXI+.
