Citroen has officially commenced the bookings of its new Aircross X variant, which is expected to launch in the next few days. Check out what to expect from it below.

Upcoming Citroen Aircross X: What to expect?
As seen in the official teaser image, the Aircross X is likely to get a new exterior shade of dark green. This could be matched with a new shade of alloy wheels and special ‘X’ bading on the panels. Meanwhile, the overall silhouette will remain unaltered.
However, the teaser image also shows a glimpse of the steering-mounted cruise control buttons, confirming that it will get this feature. Although the exact details about the interior changes are unknown, we are expecting the addition of new features like new leather upholstery, ambient lights, a 360-degree camera, a push-button start/stop, LED fog lights, and more. Online reports hint at a new Cara AI-based voice assist system, which will be integrated into the infotainment setup.
The Aircross X is likely to remain unchanged in terms of the mechanical setup. It is offered with the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol motor that offers 82 bhp of power and comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The top-spec trims are loaded with a turbo version of the same engine, offering 110 bhp and a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AT gearbox options.
The expected launch timeline of the Aircross X is in October 2025, and it will be positioned alongside the Dark Edition Aircross. Therefore, the prices are likely to be in the same range as well.
