Kawasaki Z900 new GST price details
As per the latest GST slabs revision, the Z900 has now become costlier by Rs 66,000 than the previous pricing. This is a substantial hike, and with it, the naked sports bike now costs Rs 10.18 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
Earlier, the Z900 was priced at Rs 9.52 lakh, which also attracted lower RTO charges and insurance rates. Now, the increased price will attract further RTO and insurance charges, thus converting the on-road price costlier by more than Rs 80,000 in select regions.
Meanwhile, the bike remains unaltered. Kawasaki had introduced the MY25 Z900 not long ago. The updated bike gets multiple revisions, including the addition of a new dual-pod LED headlight, a new TFT console, two power modes, riding modes, and the new six-axis IMU for the cornering ABS and cruise control.
Powering the Z900 is the 900cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine that makes 122 bhp of peak power and 97.4 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission, while customers can opt for a bi-directional quickshifter.
